#MTL-518 00 860   Westcott & Winks   • Released December 2023   $29.95 retail ea. • $23.96 #1043 #518 00 860 Freight Car #1   • 40' Wood-Sheathed Reefer Frank Wescott and Ben Winks formed a partnership in 1903, founding the Wescott & Winks Packers and Shippers company, out of Sumner, Iowa. The W&W company specialized in produce, butter, eggs, poultry and various grains. This 36’ wood sheathed reefer was built in 1927 and advertised W&W special selected eggs.

Reister & Sons and owned by North American Despatch. Based in Washington, Iowa, W. S. Reister & Sons were producers and re-sellers of poultry, butter, and egg products in the 1920s. North American Despatch was founded in the early 1900s and was headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, primarily leasing tank cars and refrigerator cars.

#MTL-518 00 863   Nye & Nissen's   • Released March 2024   $29.95 retail ea. • $23.96 #1005 #518 00 863 Freight Car #4   • 40' Wood-Sheathed Reefer Nye & Nissen was a San Francisco, California corporation which was involved in the purchasing and selling of eggs, butter, and cheese. This 36' wood sheathed reefer with Bettendorf trucks was built in 1928 by the Pressed Steel Car Company and advertised "Fancy Hennery Whites."

#MTL-518 00 864   Bradbury Produce   • Released April 2024   $29.95 retail ea. • $23.96 #6283 #518 00 864 Freight Car #5   • 40' Wood-Sheathed Reefer Built in 1928 by the Pressed Steel Car Company, this 40’ double-sheathed wood reefer with Bettendorf trucks is lettered for the Bradbury Produce Carlot Shipping company of Woodward, Oklahoma, carrying their “Sweet Heart Milk Fatted Poultry” product. Bradbury’s Woodward facilities were severely damaged by a 1.8 mile wide F-5 tornado in 1947, causing millions of dollars of damage and many deaths through several towns.
