• From 1860s to early 20th Century these elegant stations were throughout the West.
• The strong center top posts were often lathe turned, resembling the finials seen
on much of 19 th Century furniture.
• This kit contains an alternative roof cap for those who desire the 1930s appearance.
• One baggage cart is also included in this kit because I have seen old photos of
water stations where the rail workers were using
a baggage cart to convey maintenance equipment.
• The water spout moves up / down and the frost box door will open / close
