Bethgon Coalporter

Features: • Four to a package • Intricate pad printing • Fine injection molded details • AZL injection molded freight car • Simulated Load • Hand Brake Wheel • Blackened metal wheels • AZL AutoLatch™ couplers • AZL’s first injection molded freight car; the initial releases were Conrail, CSX and NS. Bethgon Coalporters come four to a package with AZL’s roller bearing trucks, blackened metal wheels and AZL AutoLatch couplers; AZL AutoLatch couplers are compatible with MTL & FT Couplers. Simulated coal loads are included with each Coalporter.

Protein Covers for AZL Bethgon Coalporters

This was   achieved by a special covering that was placed on top of the cars to protect the   weather sensitive loads. These cars continue to run today under the BNSF.
